The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), headed by Hon. Edilberto T. Abaday, MDRRMC Chairperson, successfully conducted the Integrated Planning Course on Incident Command System (IPICS) in collaboration with the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) - CALABARZON and the PDRRMO Batangas, last March 17-21, 2025, held at Taysan Training Center, Poblacion West, Taysan, Batangas.

The training aimed to enhance disaster response capabilities by equipping MDRRMC members, sectoral groups, and other partner agencies with the knowledge and skills in the Incident Command System (ICS) through integrated planning processes. It also focused on fostering coordination and collaboration among key stakeholders, ensuring a systematic approach to response and resource management during emergency situations and disasters.
